Can’t seems to find anything written for dashboard except for billing and some other regions of the world.

I was using dash.cloudflare.com to set up a new worker, and I suddenly got blocked.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Cleared my cookies. Connecting through my phone right now to post this, my home IP seems to be blocked.

For some reason I was banned in the cloudflare dashboard
I see this message when accessing dashboard:
“Sorry, you have been blocked
You are unable to access dash.cloudflare.com”
I was watching logs in that moment of one of my workers, there were several errors like “1001” or something and then page reloaded.
My sites still work, so I assume it’s auto ban, please help
