Also experienced that error on a DB with little traffic, here is the DB Id if it can help debugging: 34b11aef-fc25-4de6-a922-1272376fbe17.
It happened in a worker deployed using Cloudflare pages, I captured the error in Baselime:

I got a batch of those errors around the time Cloudflare were conducting scheduled maintenance.
We have also been seeing a sustained uptick in these errors since Thurs August 29th. Either “Internal error in D1 storage caused object to be reset.” or “Network connection lost”. I’ll edit with our D1 db ID.
