We have a rate limiting rule that should trigger under very heavy usage.
Today, a customer sent me a screenshot of Cloudflare’s 1015 error while using our product. I looked at the Cloudflare logs and did not find particularly heavy usage from the particular IP that customer used.
Under Security, I don’t see my rate limit rule being triggered. So I don’t understand why the customer is seeing this error. Is there a default rate limiting rule somewhere?
