Customer missing from CloudFlare dashboard

We are an MSP that is offboarding a customer and their DNS records are with Cloudflare, however, I no longer see them in our dashboard. I need help finding how to access the records so we can complete this onboarding ASAP. the domain is thlf com


The domains seems active on Cloudflare, you might need to talk to your customer.

To note, recommended setup is to have a customer account and you be set as administrator for it, not having all the domains in your account.

It is unclear whether you are gaining or losing this customer. If the latter, it may be that the customer has already revoked your access to their Cloudflare account.
