Custom Traffic Sequence and Bypass the Bots on the Firewall Rules function

Hi,

Now the traffic sequence is not good. I would like to suggest Cloudflare can support custom rules on the traffic sequence.

Current Traffic sequence:
DDoS > URL Rewrites > Page Rules > IP Access Rules > Bots >Firewall Rules >Managed Rules > Header Modification > Workers

The suggested Traffic sequence:
DDoS > URL Rewrites > Page Rules > IP Access Rules > Firewall Rules > Bots >Managed Rules > Header Modification > Workers

Then, It can also support to Bypass the Bots on the Firewall Rules function.

I hope Cloudflare can add the mentioned function soon. Thank you.
