What is the issue you’re encountering

I created a custom rule “(ip.geoip.country eq “IT”)” → block, but my website is still accessible.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

I created a custom rule “(ip.geoip.country eq “IT”)” → block, but my website is still accessible.
I checked for my IP address and it is in Italy. I also waited multiple days.
My website is hosted on Google Blogger, and then it is redirected to my cstom domain.

Your domain is not proxied, so you can’t use any Cloudflare features except for DNS.

To use those, you would need to change your DNS record from DNS-Only to Proxied, but I don’t think that is supported with Google Sites.

I just changed my dns to proxied, lets see if in an hour or so, something happens. Thanks

It is not supported. Damn, would you have an idea on how to make this website not visible in a country?
