Custom Hostnames - custom hostname does not CNAME to this zone

What is the name of the domain?

elittestore.com

What is the issue you’re encountering

The domain is redirected to Cloudflare and it still says it is not redirected(hostname does not CNAME to this zone.)

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I pointed an a record
to Cloudflare
I pointed a cname to my SASA

What is the current SSL/TLS setting?

Off

May I ask if you get this message on the 3rd-party interface or at Cloudflare dashboard? :thinking:

If it’s on the 3rd-party’s interface, then this might be expected since if you’ve got CNAME proxied :orange: , they don’t see their IP address in respond, rather see an IP address from the Cloudflare network.
