Custom Hostname not working for my domains

Creating Custom Hostname for matchplaying but DNS error continues after 48 hours.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Updated CNAME for domain and have waited over 48 hours. Certificate and hostname status are both Active in Cloudflare

Do you also control the CNAME to which this points (customers.turbo.blog)?

If no, then contact the host who gave you the CNAME to ensure setup is complete at their end.

Either way, did you add the TXT records required for _acme-challenge.www and _cf-custom-hostname.www? I don’t see them but maybe you deleted them once setup was complete.

First off - thank you for taking the time to respond. I appreciate it. I control both sides as I am testing this process. Are you saying I should add a CNAME on turbo.blog that points to customers.turbo.blog (as well as the TXT)? Or make sure it is on the Matchplaying side? I currently have it on the Matchplaying side as well as the turbo.blog on the Cloudflare side but not in my original hosting site. For clarity, A)Turbo.blog cloudflare. B) Matchplaying Server. C) Turbo.blog original server. Thanks again!
