Custom hostname for SaaS giving SSL Handshake failed

Hi I am trying to use a custom hostname, so far I have the hostname status and certificate active but am getting a SSL handshake error

The custom hostname I created is blog.notodog.com

and it’s CNAME forwarded to test.supa.blog (my server)

I have a wildcard and normal cert for my server (*.supa.blog and supa.blog)

I suspect the problem is because the SSL cert served for blog.notodog.com needs to have Subject Alternative Names for *.supa.blog, and supa.blog since it is a CNAME of test.supa.blog

My question is how would do I add these Subject Alternative Names to my customer’s Custom Domain/SSL? It looks like that feature is reserved for enterprise plans.

If so how am I supposed to serve my subdomain on my customer’s vanity domain? Isnt that the whole point of Cloudflare for SaaS?
