Your domain appears to be working, and brings up your site.
However, a www name for your site does exist but doesn’t work. Is that what you mean? Did you add the www version of the name as a custom domain in your Pages project? Just creating a CNAME won’t work.

It should simply be redirecting to a cloudflare page which cloudflare generates
Did you create the CNAME yourself? You can’t just CNAME to something and have it work. You need to add www.tommywhelan.com as a custom domain to the Pages project, and the DNS will be handled for you.
I’m getting Cloudflare Error 522 for the www subdomain, though the apex domain works fine. So it may not just be you.
If this continues to be an issue please share an expanded screenshot of your Cloudflare DNS page, as what you provided doesn’t provide any insight into those those CNAME records. Also, does your project’s Custom Domains page show “ACTIVE” for the www subdomain as well?

The record was correct but I didn’t realise you also had to do a custom domain link for subdomains as well for cloudflare pages
