Custom domain error

I get an error when I try to set up a custom domain for Pages.

Error:
An unknown error occured. Contact your account team or Cloudflare support: https://cfl.re/3WgEyrH. (Code: 8000000)

Custom Domain:
xn–m9je5d.jp

Pages:
poteto-poteto.pages.dev

How can I fix this?

“Cloudflare Registrar” does not support “Internationalized Domain Name”,
“Cloudflare DNS” supports “Internationalized Domain Name”, right?

So I think it is strange that it would be an error.

How can I fix this?

You should open a support ticket. Cloudflare pages support for those domains requires manual intervention by an engineer at the moment.

So, does that mean that there is no way to deal with this in the Free plan?

I’m not sure what magic combination you need to use when opening a ticket for this long term limitation, perhaps @WalshyMVP knows?
