I have set up a mail to my domain and I can write from my custom address mail to other mails, I can also send mails to my custom adress attached to my domain. But it gets routed to the destination address I set for it. My client wants to be able to see all the emails received to the custom address in the custom addresses inbox on google. And not only in the destination address inbox. Is there a way to fix this ?

What even is that? Cloudflare Email Routing does not provide an inbox. It forwards email to the inbox of an external provider. Any custom display rules, filtering, or sorting need to be configured in the destination mailbox. This means you would need a rule in Gmail to move forwarded domain email into its own folder if you don’t want it to appear in the inbox.
None of that has anything to do with Cloudflare, though. If you need explicit directions, the Google Gmail documentation or user forums are going to offer much better guidance.
