I just set up Cloudflare Flexible SSL on my WordPress/Godaddy managed site.

I am seeing this error when I open the Cloudflare plugin on my Wordpress.

cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 out of 0 bytes received

What should I do? before I use Cloudflare. I am seeing another error while I try to connect the Jetpack plugin.

Outbound HTTPS not working. Your site could not connect to WordPress.com via HTTPS. This could be due to any number of reasons, including faulty SSL certificates, misconfigured or missing SSL libraries, or network issues. cURL error 6: Could not resolve host: jetpack.wordpress.com

What does this mean? What should I do?

Outbound HTTPS requests don’t have anything to do with Cloudflare. You need to contact your hosting provider to ensure you’re on the latest version of PHP 7 with the latest system updates.
