CSV entry limit into Zero Trust > My Team > Lists is incorrect


I am trying to upload a CSV into Zero Trust > My Team > Lists. The dialogue box before the upload states I am allowed 5000 entries. However, when I try to upload a CSV with 5000 entries, I receive an error informing me that the limit is actually 1000. Would someone please be able to explain to me why this is?


Your lists can include up to 1,000 entries for Standard plans and 5,000 for Enterprise plans. If you are on Enterprise and yet couldn’t include more than 1000 entries, I suggest you to create a support ticket.

Thank you, understood. Could I please suggest that this is mentioned somewhere on the CSV upload dialogue? The error message that tells me I can only upload 1000 entries could quickly mention a limit of 5000 for enterprise etc.
