Crowd Sourced Support Request

Since crowd-sourced support became an industry standard - the fate of our SMB rests in your altruistic hands.

TL;DR: Our Shopify website was being copied and we found a now unreachable freelancer that was able to implement a solution that stopped them from copying our site using an azure proxy and cloudfare hosting our nameservers but not the domain itself.

2 years later and we’re getting front end ‘page temporarily unavailable’ that staff and customers are reporting and the backend were getting a bunch of 4XX errors on crawl reports in GSC and GMC.

That doesn’t sound great but we have absolutely nothing to work from. Any information you can provide would be great.

If you don’t have access to any of those services (azure or cf), I’d start trying to find a way to access them.


I appreciate your response and I understand your point.

We do have access to all systems involved but unfortunately, I’m a bit in the daft on what information would be useful.

If there are any specific details I can provide, I will gladly do so.
