Cron jobs Wordpress

My site uses WordPress.
There is a autoblogging plugin called Content Pilot which uses cron jobs.
It was working fine until I installed Cloudflare SSL.

I am now getting this error:

There was a problem spawning a call to the WP-Cron system on your site. This means WP Content Pilot on your site may not work.
The problem was: cURL error 35: error:1407742E:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:tlsv1 alert protocol version.

Any way to fix this?

Did your site have SSL before adding it to Cloudflare?

In the Cloudflare SSL/TLS section of the dashboard, what’s your setting for Minimum TLS Version? It’s down the page a bit.

It says TLS 1.3
Could that be the issue?

1.3 is a bit high. I use 1.2 because a lot of current software doesn’t support 1.3
