Cron job not working?

I have a cron job on my WordPress site which triggers emails to be sent by one of the plugins. It was working fine until about 5 weeks ago and has now stopped working.

The cron triggers and executes but the script associated with it doesn’t run. If I manually go to the URL of the script in a browser, it does run. I have spoken to my host (Siteground) and they have suggested it is an issue with my Cloudflare CDN set up as in the email I get when the cron runs, it mentions:

I can provide a copy of the entire email I receive to someone privately if it’s of help.

I should add, that I have another cron job to execute the standard WP cron file and that works without any issues.

For anyone else having this issue - I resolved it by disabling the Super Bot Fight mode.
