CRM not registering DNS records in Cloudflare

Our CRM (Freshsales) is not registering that the DNS records have been added to Cloudflare

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

We have contacted the CRM to see if there is an issue on their end.

Add DNS records to Cloudflare and attempt to reverify in Freshsales.

You might need to switch the record from Proxied to DNS-Only until they have been verified.
