I have no problems with payment. I can’t use the R2 service. I can see my paid invoice, my subscription is showing as valid and I can’t use R2. And now my website does not work

I created a packet: #3325142, from the support service in my account. But I still haven’t received help for more than 7 days.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

  1. In my account I select R2
  2. Next, select “Add R2 subscription to my account.”
  3. After which nothing happens, I tried it on different browsers
