I have recently enabled CloudFlare for my website https://patton-photography.ca through my host Hostinger. At approximately the same time I started receiving 404 errors with critical.js not being found. Could this be a result of enabling CloudFlare or is there a setting I am missing?

Have you experienced this error before you have enabled Cloudflare for your Website?
Is the file physically accessible (not being blocked or not being public)?
What option have you got selected under SSL/TLS settings page (tab) at Cloudflare dashboard? Is it Flexible SSL or Full SSL?
Nevertheless, how about Always Use HTTPS and Automatic HTTPS Rewrites options? Are they enabled too?
Are your A patton-photography.ca and A www (or CNAME) DNS records 
or 
at the DNS Cloudflare dashboard?
