The videos were fine before, now they are not! And it happened on Cloudflare side! Please give me some ■■■■■■■ support for the service I pay for instead of paywalling off your support for critical issues!

Please Fix my Critical issue Immediately!
Since today, I’ve been struggling with exactly the same issue — the same videos that were previously uploaded correctly are now being rotated incorrectly. This affects videos with the .mov extension.
We are currently investigating this issue.
@travis.rowland – I can see the behavior you are describing with your recent uploads. Thank you for the report.
@kontakt67 – Like the other customer here, I see that some of your content within the last ~1 day looks like it is not rotated properly. But a spot-check of content older than that seems to display as I would expect. Can you share some video IDs either here or in a direct message that are older which were playing correctly before and are not anymore?
We have identified this issue and have released a fix for new uploads. We will re-process all videos uploaded during this window to fix them as well, this process may take the rest of the day.
That should resolve all of @travis.rowland 's report.
@kontakt67 this will fix videos you’ve uploaded during this period, but if you have affected videos older than a day, please do send them along.
