Credit Card is not processing

I am trying to upgrade my certificate and the spinner just continues to spin on the purchasing with the credit card. I can’t find a number to call to talk to someone, or an email address. Would like some help!

Try to turn off extensions or run in incognito/private mode with no extensions - it’s likely that an extension is preventing the request from going through or messing with the Javascript form.

Failing that, you should create a support request, they’ll be able to provide better support. Make sure to include what browser and browser version you’re using -
