I’m using Clickfunnels to generate subdomains but after authenticating I receive the Authentication error (Code: 10000) and the subdomain is not created. I’ve tried clearing my cache to no avail.
Sorry for the issues @israel.p922 can you try again from an incognito browser? I took steps to correct for that error, but want to verify that it works for you.
If you keep getting the error, can you create an Account ticket and share your ticket number here?

Thank you for your reply. I have tried the private browser suggestion and still get the same error. I tried generating a ticket but am not getting a submit button. I’ve attached a screen shot to show how far I get generating a ticket.
It suggests I select Website Offline Issue but the selections I’ve made when trying to submit my request are the one that most closely apply.
Can you please clearly describes the steps you’re taking to do this? It sounds like you’re seeing an error at Clickfunnels due to a failing authentication at Cloudflare. A screenshot of the page with the error would also help (edit out any sensitive info).
If you’re on a free plan, you can only choose issues for Account, Billing, and Registrar.
Pick Account, describe the authentication issue, and post the ticket # here.

Within Clickfunnels you can create subdomains.
Because the main url is redirected to Cloudflare the setup and authentication process within clickfunnels asks to authorize with cloudflare and sends me to the cloudflare website which prompts me with the error message:
It recognizes that I’m signed in to my cloudflare account.
I’ve tried clearing my cache and using a private browser.
Went back and followed your instructions and was able to create a ticket 3188177
