I want to create subdomains using .com/realestate, .com/etc., to add specific targeted landing pages to each one. How do I do that or where do i find the information?
Those are not subdomains. Subdomains for example.com are realestate.example.com or etc.example.com.
Whether you use etc.example.com or example.com/etc, what page is displayed needs to be configured on your webserver, which is something this forum probably cannot help you with, as it is not related to Cloudflare.
