Created Domain with Cloudflare, nameservers are wrong

What is the issue you’re encountering

my nameservers are currently George and Grace. My dashboard is telling me to use Dale and Virginia. however when i go to my DNS setting it shows dale and virginia and won’t let me change them.

You are in the wrong account. Switch to the account where the domain is active and manage the domain from that account.
