The two domains are separate domains (at least as far as DNS is concerned), and you can’t make DNS changes on one on behalf of the other. Also, what you’re currently using for your business email does not matter – what matters is which domain you’re trying to configure for MailerLite.
So, which of the two domains are you trying to use with MailerLite?
If you’re trying to set up therawfoodkitchen.com.au to use with MailerLite, you should ONLY make any required DNS changes in the DNS manager for therawfoodkitchen.com.au. This domain is not currently managed at Cloudflare. It uses Digital Pacific’s nameservers, and that’s where you should go to make any DNS changes and seek help if something is not working.
But if you’re trying to set up therawfoodkitchen.com instead to use in MailerLite and you’ve already added the correct CNAME and TXT records in your Cloudflare DNS manager, then only thing left is to ensure the “Proxy Status” for this CNAME record is set to DNS Only .
Thanks so much George! You are most helpful!! I thought this might be the case and lordy knows why I have two different DNS managers but now we can fix it!
