Hi, I’m working with the cypressdg.com email, not cypressdoorglass.com.

There’s no _dmarc record being returned. If you think you have set one, can you show a screenshot of your Cloudflare DNS records page.

There were no DMARC records, I tested one, waited 72 hrs, then added others just to check. But they are not showing up

You are in the wrong account for your domain. Your domain is already active on Cloudflare as in the link above, but your screenshot shows that zone status is “Finish Setup” for the account you are logged in to.

Either log in to the account where the domain is active and set the record there, or make the account you are logged in to the active one by selecting a plan and changing the 2 Cloudflare nameservers at your registrar to those shown in your screenshot.

In the latter case you will need to add the other DNS records as well to point to your site. Also there must only be one _dmarc record or any mail server checking it will ignore them all.

At least I know that I’m in the wrong account so I can stop changing things around with no results.
This is way above my paygrade. :sob:
All I wanted was to setup Apple Branded Email-but got rejected for not having DMARC. Bluehost, our email provider for cypressdg can’t help because DNS nameserver is not theirs, and switching over would leave us 72 hrs without email.
Thanks for your help anyway, I appreciate it, though I still have no clue what to do :frowning:

Log out of the dashboard and select “Forgot your email”. That will email the account owner with recovery details.

If you don’t get that email you’ll need to find out how that account was set up. You may have done it, maybe using a iCloud or Google login (often people forget that), or someone may have done it for you.

Otherwise you’ll need to take control of the DNS by changing the nameservers at your registrar to those for the new Cloudflare account or other DNS provider.
