Created a Cloudflare account and now my customers cannot login

What is the name of the domain?

What is the issue you’re encountering

When trying to login, my customers are unable to get past the Cloudflare human verification step

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I removed the domain from my Cloudflare account, but many customers still see the human verification page and are unable to get passed it.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

I am unable to replicate that. The nameservers don’t point to cloudflare and internally I see the zone is deleted. Have them try clearing cookies & cache and/or try in incognito mode if they continue to encounter the issue.

Thanks for the reply! It seems the issue has cleared up. Though I am confused how the verify human loop was even added to my site. All I did was create a free Cloudflare account and input my domain. There was no prompt or any configuration steps to determine whether or not I wanted to include that feature. Not even a domain verification process. How can I get started with Cloudflare without it interrupting my site?

Don’t proxy :orange: your dns records on https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns when you start. And make sure under attack and browser integrity check are disabled in the security settings, https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/security/settings/

Note that the browser integrity check in enable by default, if visitors are failing that check (which sounds like what was happening), it’s worthing thinking twice before disabling it. More on BIC here, Browser Integrity Check · Cloudflare Web Application Firewall (WAF) docs
