when i create compress rules about ZSTD, display error info:exceeded the maximum number of rules in the phase http_response_compression: 1 out of 0
, but i don’t have any rules currently.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

why other domain name create compress rules work well, only this domain name no working?

That also happened to me on some of my Free Plan zones. It eventually fixed itself within a week or so.

As of today (January 21, 2025), our website is experiencing the same issue. We’re on CF’s Free plan. Apparently, the roll-out (availability) of this feature to all Free plan users is not complete yet. We’ll wait and see what happens. If Team Cloudflare has more information about this, please share

Same problem, I want to set a compression rule and I get the same error. Free plan too. Date 1/26/2025
