Create a Rule

Hello!
i am generating a cookie from my side in my website to access a file but in the same i need to check if the file has a correct slug like this *PORTAL.jpg
http://example.com/images/image-**PORTAL**.jpg , http://example.com/images/image-01-**PORTAL**.jpg

Is that possible? i’ve tried to create a new Origin Rule but from there i cant access to Page Rule and i need that both conditions are correct to access to x file, any help? thanks!!

Do you mean a Firewall Rule to block requests for PORTAL slug images if they don’t have a certain cookie? Something like this would do it:
