We’re a marketing agency. We’d like to create a back up of ipromea.com.au Our web developer told me to contact the host to get them to create a back up. How do we go about doing this before we start working on the website?
You need to do that from the origin server, that’s where the files for the site are located.
Do you know the name of your the hosting provider for that site? If not, login and go to https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns, find the DNS A record called ipromea.com.au. The value of that record is an IP address, take those numbers and enter them here, IP WHOIS Lookup to find out who owns that IP and is hosting the site.
