我想知道为什么我启用Crawler Hints后，我的网站进行了更新可是在，bing站长工具和谷歌的网站管理里都看不到我的网站url更新或者提交，我尝试停用Crawler Hints，还是不起作用，我的网站使用Crawler Hints之前，wordpress插件IndexNow是正常向bing和谷歌提交url，在网站工具后台可以清楚看见提交日期。。。可现在无论我停用Crawler Hints还是打开，indexnow都已经无法正常使用，Crawler Hints也不再向搜索引擎提交url，我该怎么办？
