Crashes Due to Cloudflare?

My site has been experiencing frequent crashes over the past three weeks.

My hosting company tells me it’s probably caused by some Cloudflare issues.

I know I’m paying monthly for Cloudflare and I don’t quite understand why?

I spent an hour trying to contact someone to help me as my plan said I was entitled to live support.

I need some help or some guidance.

Can someone review my settings and let me know if there are any issues?

Is Cloudflare essential for my site?

Thank you in advance,

Joe

Hello, I am sorry to hear this.

Okay.
What is your domain name?
May I ask what errors do you get?
Could you share some screenshot or describe a bit more in detail?

Have you recently changed your domain nameservers to Cloudflare nameservers or moved/transfer your domain to Cloudflare Registrar?

May I ask are you on a Paid plan like Pro plan, or rather paying for some features like more Page Rules, etc.?

Have you tried writing a ticket and contacting Cloudflare support due to your account and/or domain issue? If so, could you please share the ticket number, if so?

Welcome to the Cloudflare Community Forums, we are here to help too

Probbably some Cloudflare technician, but you can share what options have you got selected in the Cloudflare dashboard with us here.
Nevertheless, please consider masking out/hiding details like the IP address of the server and similar when sharing a screenshot of the DNS records and similar, if so.

From my personal opinion, I would use it. I do not know what website do you have, nevertheless, it may be essential for your visitors in terms of a page speed load time, better image optimization and delivery, security as well and so on.
