i need to know something

i have one website tvseriesandmovie.com. my hosting provider told me (you c panel under attack) is there any function in Cloudflare free account before entering site checking human is not??

Either switch to “I am under attack” or set up a firewall rule to impose a captcha challenge on all URLs.

i dont know how to setup firewall rule. if i enable I am under attack mood .it do it automatically?

If you enable “I am under attack” it wont impose a captcha challenge, but only a JavaScript one. That might possibly do in your case too however. You need to try.
