Just tried

And this

It does not working.

Uninstall and install again does not work.

Some customers changed theirs NS and I can’t add it from cPanel, so theirs webpage is offline.

I’d send this issue to mail support 1 week ago, but just a bot answer for correct my nameserver.

My nameserver is correct, this issue were after migrate in whm php 5x to 7x

What I can do to fix this problem?

Thanks

That sounds just like the first link you posted, but if you’re running the latest version, it should have been fixed. Nothing’s changed in quite a while.

Can you post your ticket # on this?

Hi, error persist.

My ticket is #1601208

Ok. This happened.

Few days ago, I changed my email in Cloudflare settings.

Some days after, when I try to load Cloudfare plugin in cPanel, A infinity spin load is showing.

Steps to fix:

  • Login in SSH (or cPanel file manager).
  • Delete Cloudflare user file configuration in “/home/USER/cpanel/datastore/cloudflare_data.yaml”.
  • In cPanel, click on Cloudfalre plugin.
  • Login with current credentials
  • Cloudflare plugin is working again
