Cpanel emails not connecting to email clients

hi, I am a beginner at this and I need help

I bought my domain on Godaddy and connected it to cloudfare to manage the dns. I am having problems with connecting my cpanel emails to email clients like outlook, thunderbird etc. Its worth mentioning that when I am able to use the emails through webmail. Any help will be appreciated

Assuming you have configured the site in the CF, would you also make sure you’ve added the MX record for email? Here’s the more info #tutorial

The Cloudflare proxy only supports HTTP traffic.
Make sure your email hostnames are set to :grey: DNS Only.
