Cpanel Account Suspend Error

What is the name of the domain?

example.com

What is the issue you’re encountering

Cpanel Account Suspend

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

I don’t know

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

I migrated a site from one server to another and changed the IP on Cloudflare from the old server to the new server. However, I am getting an Cpanel account suspended error, even though the account was suspended on the old server. Can someone tell me how to resolve this issue?

May I ask if you see this page/error even when you temporary Pause Cloudflare? (wonder if it’s cached at Cloudflare or not)

  • Use the “Pause Cloudflare on Site” option from the Overview tab for your domain at dash.cloudflare.com .
  • The link is in the lower right corner of that page.

I have done this as well, but still, the Cpanel Account Suspend error is showing.

Thank you for feedback.

And with a different Web browser, or even Incognito mode?
Wonder if it’s cached something in your local Web browser, otherwise if this page persists even when Cloudflare is Paused, then you’d have to troubleshoot and cross-check with both new and/or old web hosting provider.

May I ask if the hosting provider is the same or different as well?

I have checked on multiple browsers and in private windows as well, but the same error occurs everywhere. The hosting provider is the same.

Thank you for updates.

Then the hosting provider would be able to resolve this with you, if domain is on both cPanel servers or only one, or none, since by default it cannot be as cPanel wouldn’t allow it.

Please, reach out to your hosting provider about this case.

Kindly, ask your hosting provider to cross-check and make the migration process from start to finish.

Keep the Cloudflare Paused and make sure DNS records point to the new server while the process doesn’t finish.

I am afraid this is not a Cloudflare issue then.

I have created a new account on Cloudflare and propagated the site there. I have added the new server’s IP to Cloudflare, and now the site is opening.
