Cox Communications Business Email

Cox Communications let us know that we need to update our SPF records. It is stating to update it to v=spf1 mx ?all. I found somewhere to that I may need to update my DNS nameservers as well. I want to be sure if I do that it will allow me to change the SPF records. Please advise. I use

If you are using Cloudflare for your DNS you can log into your account and create a new TXT record in your dashboard.

Do not end it with ?all since that makes it the same as not having any SPF record. See number three in the following article.
