Couldn't resolve my FQDN to correct public IP

Couldn’t resolve my FQDN to correct public IP.
I have web server and mail server using same public IP, when I tried to ping my FQDN, it returns a different IP than my public ip.
The odd thing is that I can use public ip to access my mail server, use FQDN to access my website.
How to correct this issue? Please help.

Also note that Cloudflare will only proxy HTTP and HTTPS traffic on specific ports. Other protocols such as SSH or email also require DNS Only as well.
