I’ve a SSL issue (email not work), my hosting (A2) ask me to told you:
“Contact the Cloudflare team and ask them to provide updated CA bundle certificate.”
What exactly are they asking for?
Cloudflare doesn’t provide you with the private keys of edge certificates, only origin certificates which aren’t publicly trusted and you can generate those in the dashboard.

Cloudflare only proxies HTTP & HTTPS. Email and other protocols like SSH and FTP do not work with 
proxied hostnames. Any records that need to be accessed by portocols other than HTTP or HTTPS will need to be set to 
DNS Only.
