Could you please help me?

Web server is down Error code 521

How to fix this and have access to my website??

Thank you!

May I ask which steps have you tried for troubleshooting 521 error from the article below so far?

What port do you use on your origin host/server for your web application?

Before moving to Cloudflare, was your Website working over HTTPS connection?

May I ask what SSL option have you got selected under the SSL/TLS tab at Cloudflare dashboard for your domain ( Flexible, Full, Full Strict … )?

Kindly re-check if Cloudflare is allowed (firewall, etc.) to connect to your origin host to as follows in the below article:

Nevertheless, Cloudflare IP addresses list can be found here:

I don’t know if it was working on HTTPS. My domain registrars were in Godaddy and then I forwarded them to Cloudflare. Firstly, it was shown that my domain was parked free from GoDaddy then was this message that the web server is down. SSL protection I have selected for my domain Full. Maybe there are mistakes in the DNS records, I can’t find the mistake. This is the second website that I have been using Cloudflare, the first one is just fine.

Kindly, before doing anything at Cloudfalre settings, you could determine if you have a valid SSL certificate installed at the origin host/server by your web hosting provider or your own VPS/dedicated server following the steps from below:

  1. Use the “Pause Cloudflare on Site” option from the Overview tab for your domain at dash.cloudflare.com .
  2. The link is in the lower right corner of that page.
  3. Give it five minutes to take effect, then make sure site is working as expected with HTTPS.
  4. Check with your hosting provider / cPanel AutoSSL / ACME.sh / Certbot / Let’s Encrypt or some other and renew it accordingly.
  5. Only then should you un-pause Cloudflare and double-check your SSL/TLS setting to make sure it’s Full (Strict).

I do not have a Hosting provider, only Cloudflare, like the other website which is working fine. I have paused and deleted and it continues the problem. I don’t know how to fix probably DNS records or maybe is something else to be checked. This Cloudflare does not support any live chat or email support. I have asked Godaddy and they said to me: they have checked the nameserver propagation from their end and nameservers are propagating from their end. The error you see is for your hosting and I suggest you contact Cloudflare for the same. Tell Cloudflare support that the domain is pointed to the nameservers correctly. Please check why your website is not showing online.

Unless you are using Cloudflare Pages, Cloudflare is not your hosting provider. You need to have a website hosted somewhere and create DNS records that contain the address of that host before Cloudflare can serve your site.

I reccomend this overview to help you get familiar with how Cloudflare works.

Both of those support methods are available on Business and Enterprise plans. Even with those options, the Community is often the best place to get help finding the resources to get you started with Cloudflare. The #tutorial section offers many tips and examples to complement the online documentation.
