Let me say it clearly. I purchased this APO service from Cloudflare, but I found that service is not work with WordPress, so I want to cancelled this service, and get the refund. Does someone there can help me to do so?

Cloudflare subscriptions are not refundable. You can disable renewal of any unwanted subscription.
