i try to add in different cloudflare account but get the same error even i contact a domain registrar they told me error from cloudflare end.

no idea i just want to remove this warning and add domain into cloudflare actually i m new owner of that domain.
i also contact to cloudflare support here is my ticket number almost 20 days gone no reply yet. ticket number: 01392041
