Thanks Cloonan. But its a different error code : 1323.

We already check 6 months of previous invoices, all paid.

You will also need to follow the same directions for 1323, so someone from Customer Support can have a look at your account.

Oh yes, I was refering to the second part of that link. The one about the self-remediation. We already follow all that

Am also facing the same issue, it has been 2 months and nothing is fixed. all invoices are paid but i can’t add domains
