At this time, that domain is not active in your account. If there’s a configuration issue with Shopify, please work with Shopify Support to resolve the issue. If they are not able to onboard your domain, Shopify has a line of communication with Cloudflare to resolve such issues.

Thanks for your reply, I am the new owner of the domain alphamenslab.com, and I am reaching out per instructions from Shopify support. Our Shopify store has been unable to connect to the domain due to an issue with Cloudflare blocking the connection. The SSL status for the domain is currently marked as “pending,” and Shopify’s support team has confirmed that this is due to a block on Cloudflare’s end.

That could certainly be the case, but Cloudflare Support can only work with the owner of the zone. In this case, it’s currently Shopify.

If you can add the zone to Cloudflare and switch the name servers so the zone goes active, we would be glad to work with you as the established zone owner within Cloudflare.

Thanks for your reply Scott, I have try to add this site to my account, however when I choose a plan to purchase, it appears: “Refer to https://cfl.re/3VUQyyL for assistance. The zone cannot be upgraded at this time.”
What does that mean? And what can I do?

If I choose free plan, it shows up this error message: “could not run legacy post zone sub request against new zone products: failed to update user subscription: failed to apply object products: You cannot add or modify subscriptions or services until the outstanding balance is paid. You should be able to do so in your Billing page.”

If you already have a ticket, Support will respond to you on that ticket. Questions about billing will need to be resolved by the Customer Support team and cannot be resolved on the Community.

so how can I get in touch with Customer Support team to get this fixed?
