The redirect to HTTPS is happening, Cloudflare is returning a 525 error which means SSL isn’t working on your origin (which I guess is Google).

Likely this is due to your apex domain being proxied and pointing at Google so Google can’t validate you have set the DNS correctly.

You can either set the DNS record for the apex domain to “DNS only”, or redirect your apex domain to www which is not proxied as here…
