I am connecting my app to web. So they gave me instructions to add 2 new records CNAME record saying Enter “www or @”" in the host section and pointing to their domain app. And another record for web - subdomain.
The records are not adding.
Can you please guide me to fix this DNS error.
Could you send a screenshot of the DNS record and the error you get while trying to create it?

That screen says you already have an existing record called www. Either delete that record if it is an A or AAAA, or change it if it is a CNAME.
