We are an interior design company based in Kuwait, we have a domaine name registrated into Cloudflare, but it has been done by a former employee who doesn’t work with us anymore long time ago.
We created an account in order for transferring that domaine name from “employee’s account” to our account, but it seems that this procedure will not happen, his keeps rejecting and denying our invitation to transfer the domaine.
The domaine in name is same as it shown in business license, also we have all the documents to prove that we own this domaine name.
We called the support and they provide us with two solution, one of them is to post our problem with the community which is why we wrote this topic to figure out solutions of this big issue.
We we could do in order to transfer our domaine name as soon as possible?
