CORS policy settings

For our public bucket we are using the default CORS policy. Basically we want the images in that bucket to be accessible anywhere. Yet we are seeing some crawlers reject our images as not accessible (Google Shopping) are there any other setting I should customize to make images in R2 public bucket universally accessible?

Is it possible that the crawlers are being blocked by the WAF??
