It’s me again 
Please could someone possibly check my DNS settings to make sure I have done this set up correctly?
This is my domain register:

Godaddy hosting

Also: Go daddy says I must " Log in to your domain registrar and update the DNS A record to 166.62.115.254 ." but I’m not able to do this on access.enom I can only change the DNS
Looks right to me apart from the NS records. You shouldn’t need those.
When GoDaddy asks you to update the A record at your registrar, it will mean at Cloudflare as your DNS is controlled there. The A record matches that IP that they specified

Thank you, should I remove all the NS records from Cloudflare? Maybe this is causing issues…
You should delete them in these circumstances, you shouldn’t need them.
